It’s rare that client hiring managers actually find the idea of dealing with recruiting firms, job postings, advertising, screening candidates, conducting background checks, interviewing candidates, negotiating compensation packages and making offers a pleasurable thing nor a thing that readily fits into their already tight schedule.  Unless you are a HR person who does this sort of thing for a living, you are most likely a person who suddenly finds themselves in the position of needing to fill a job vacancy and you just might feel a little like a fish out of water; to be sure the task is not in your normal work-a-day world of typical activities.
